Account Registration Information: To ensure you can use the Product's services properly, you are required to provide your mobile phone number for account registration. We will send an SMS verification code to the mobile phone number you provide to verify the authenticity and security of your account ownership.
Device Connection Information: When you use the Product to connect to smart glasses devices, we will search for and connect to your glasses device via Bluetooth. During this process, we will collect your device's unique identifier, Bluetooth address, and other information for device pairing, connection management, and data transmission. We will not use device information for any purpose other than device connection and functionality implementation.
Location Information: When you use features such as scenic spot navigation and spot check-in, we will collect your precise or approximate geographic location information to provide navigation guidance, determine whether you have arrived at a designated scenic spot, and trigger corresponding services (such as automatic narration, check-in records, etc.). Location information is only collected when you use the relevant features. You may disable location permission through your device settings, but doing so may prevent the relevant features from functioning properly.
Photo and Image Information: When you use features such as photo capture, photo recognition, and album management, we will access your camera to take photos or read your album images. The photo recognition feature will upload the photos you take to our servers for intelligent recognition analysis and return the recognition results. We solemnly promise: after the recognition analysis is complete, your original photos will be immediately deleted from our processing servers and will not be permanently stored. Photos are only stored on your local device if you actively choose to save them to your album.
Voice and Audio Information: When you use the AI tour guide digital assistant voice conversation feature, we will collect your voice input for speech recognition and AI dialogue response. Voice data is only temporarily retained in memory or temporary storage during the conversation process to complete real-time dialogue services and will not be permanently stored.
AI Conversation Content: Your text or voice conversation content with the AI tour guide digital assistant (Xiao Gui) will be used to generate real-time AI responses. After anonymization (removing all information that could identify you personally), the conversation content may be used for our AI model optimization and service quality improvement.
Device and Log Information: To ensure the normal operation of the Product's services and optimize the service experience, we may collect device information (such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifier), network information (such as IP address, network type), and operation log information (such as service usage time, number of photos taken, feature usage records) when you use the Product. This information is only used for technical maintenance, service optimization, and data analysis, and will not be linked to your personally identifiable information for individual identification.
Wi-Fi Information: When you configure a Wi-Fi network for your smart glasses device, we will collect the Wi-Fi name and password you enter, solely for the purpose of transmitting the network configuration information to the glasses device to enable network connectivity. The Wi-Fi password is protected with encryption during transmission and will not be stored on our servers.
Account Registration Information: Used only for account creation, login verification, and identity authentication; will not be used for any other unrelated purposes.
Device Connection Information: Used only for Bluetooth pairing, connection management, firmware communication, and data transmission with smart glasses devices; will not be used for user profiling or other commercial purposes.
Location Information: Used only for core features such as scenic spot navigation, spot identification, and check-in records. Location data is only accessed during the use of the relevant features and will not continuously track your location in the background.
Photo and Image Data: Photos uploaded in the photo recognition feature are only used for intelligent recognition analysis and result return; original data is immediately deleted upon completion. Photos actively saved by users are stored on the local device and managed by the user themselves. We will not access or collect other photos from your album.
Voice Data: Used only for speech recognition conversion and AI dialogue response; cleared immediately after the service is completed. Original voice recordings are not stored.
Device and Log Information: Used for troubleshooting product issues, ensuring service stability, analyzing user habits to optimize product features and interface design, helping us provide services that better meet your needs.
No Storage of Original Photos and Voice: As stated above, we promise not to permanently store the photos uploaded through the photo recognition feature or original voice data from voice conversations. After the recognition and dialogue services are completed, the relevant original data will be promptly deleted, with no long-term or permanent storage. You retain ownership of your photos and voice content, and we make no claim to any rights over them.
Storage Period for Other Information: Account registration information will be stored during the validity of your account to ensure its normal use. If you voluntarily cancel your account, we will, after the account cancellation is completed, promptly delete or anonymize your account registration information in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements and this policy (unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or specifically requested by regulatory authorities). The storage period for device and log information will be determined based on service requirements and legal and regulatory provisions; after exceeding the necessary storage period, we will delete or anonymize such information.
Storage Location: All information we collect from you is stored on servers located within the territory of the People's Republic of China and will not be transferred outside the country (unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or with your explicit authorization).
Technical Safeguards: We employ encryption technologies that meet industry standards (such as transport layer SSL/TLS encryption and data storage encryption) to protect your information during transmission and storage, preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering, or damage. Additionally, we conduct regular security vulnerability scans and penetration tests on our product systems, promptly addressing potential security risks to ensure the safe and stable operation of our systems.
Administrative Safeguards: We have established strict information security management policies, clearly defining security responsibilities for each stage of information processing. Employees who have access to user information undergo rigorous background checks and regular information security training, and are required to comply with confidentiality obligations. Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of your account registration information, provided it complies with legal and regulatory requirements and the terms of this policy. If you voluntarily cancel your account, we will process your information in accordance with the "Information Storage and Protection" section of this policy.
